Due to health and safety concerns, HEDON is unable to accept any return. There are NO exceptions.
All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If an ordered product, upon delivery is defective, you may email us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and include the order # and details of the defect. At our discretion we will replace the defective item or issue a credit in the amount of purchase. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above-mentioned condition, you must contact us within 7 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.
After 30 days please check with the manufacturers warranty.
